The completion evidence export
For the AI literacy check, a company admin can download who received it and who finished it, never what they answered.
Only a company admin can download this, and only for the AI literacy check. It is a per-person record, and like the levels on that check it carries no answers.
The AI literacy check, Know Your AI, exists partly for Article 4 of the EU AI Act. A company can show that its people received the needed training. For that you need a plain record of who received the assessment and who completed it. For what Article 4 asks of an employer, and what it does not ask, read Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
Download it
- Open Home.
- Choose Download the record, in the actions beside the figures. The line under it says what the file holds: who was asked and who finished, by name, and nothing anybody answered.
What is in the file
The CSV has exactly seven columns:
- Name
- Role
- Employment type
- Date sent
- Date completed
- Instrument version
- Guidance shown
The first six are the administrative fact of completion. The seventh is the guidance half of Article 4: whether that person was shown your company’s rules.
Guidance shown reads yes or no for anybody who finished, and is blank for
somebody who was sent the assessment and never finished it. In Know Your AI, every
“What should you do?” situation shows the person your rule once they answer it, and
Flow records each time it does. A run where that happened at least once reads yes.
It reads no when no rule was shown: your company has no AI rules, every situation
was marked as not matching your rule, or the rule never reached the person’s screen
(for example, the connection dropped after they answered).
A run from an earlier round that ended with a typed conversation reads yes when
that conversation ended on a line quoting one of your rules.
What is not in it
What each person answered stays private. The file carries no answers, no scores, and no quotes.
It also does not name which of your rules a person was shown, or how they answered. On an earlier round the closing line’s rule was chosen to fit what that person had just described, so a column naming it would tell you the weak spot each of your people talked about. That is an answer, and answers stay with the person who gave them.
Good to know
- Because this is a per-person completion record and carries no answers, the five-person floor deliberately does not apply to this one file. It applies everywhere else you read results. See reading your company results.
- If your company has AI rules, the AI literacy check needs your ground rules complete before it can go live. A company with no AI rules can run it without them. See setting up your company.
