The words we use

A short glossary of the words Flow uses, each defined in one plain line.

A few words come up again and again across Flow. Here is what each one means.

  • Assessment: the whole thing you take, Know Your AI or a survey. A company can run more than one.
  • Write-up (or report): your finished, personal result. On Know Your AI it shows your level and a short guide for your own job.
  • Results: the page an admin or a manager reads. It shows teams added together as totals, never one person’s answer. A “dashboard” is one block on that page, not the page itself.
  • Level: what the AI literacy check gives you, from a published rubric. It is the one thing about you that an admin or your manager reads by name, and you are told so before you answer.
  • Team picture: the anonymized view of a team, with everyone’s answers blurred into one, so no single reply traces back to a person.
  • The five-person floor: for anything built from individual answers, Flow never shows a group smaller than five, so no one can be singled out. On the AI literacy check, nothing opens at all until an admin sends the round’s results.
  • Survey: an assessment a company builds from scratch, rather than a ready-made start. Its results show on a Survey results block.
