What Flow is

A short check on how you work with AI tools in your own job, and the level it gives you.

Flow runs Know Your AI, a short check on how you work with AI tools in your own job. Your company runs it for Article 4 of the EU AI Act. You tap through some quick questions about the AI tools you use, your tasks, what you do with AI, and the rules for using it at work. It works on your phone. It takes about ten minutes, a little less if your company has no AI rules yet.

At the end you get a write-up with your level, from L1 to L4, and a short guide for your own job. Your write-up is yours. Your manager and your company’s admins see your level and your read on each part of it. They never see your words. What can my manager see? is the whole line.

You do not need any background to take it. Taking the assessment explains how it runs. The words we use defines each part.
