How do I sign in?
Two ways in: Continue with Google, or have a six-digit code emailed to your work address.
Note: Flow is invite-only. You sign in with the work email your company added to its people list. A work email on the right domain is not enough on its own: if your company has not added you, the sign-in page tells you so and nothing opens. Anything emailed to you is not a key either. An invitation only says that you were added, and points you to sign-in.
If you are a company admin, signing in opens Home, the first of your five company pages. Home shows the Get Flow ready checklist until you send the assessment, then how many people have answered, then your results. There is no separate setup to resume. See setting up your company. A colleague invitation still points you to sign-in, then you take the assessment. See inviting colleagues.
There are two doors on the sign-in page. Both are open at the same time. Pick the one that suits you.
In this guide:
- Continue with Google
- Email me a code
- What if the code does not work
Continue with Google
If your work account runs on Google, press Continue with Google. One tap and you are in.
Email me a code
If you do not use Google at work, enter your work email.
Press Email me a code. We send a six-digit code to that address.
Type the six digits into the boxes. Flow signs you in as soon as the last box is filled.
The code works once, and only in the browser that asked for it. It expires after about 15 minutes.
What if the code does not work
- If the code expired, ask for a fresh one from the same page.
- You get five tries before the code is locked. If you run out, request a new code. Then start again.
- Make sure that you use the work email your company added. Flow checks that address against your company’s people list each time you sign in.
- If the page says there are too many sign-in attempts from your network, wait a minute and try again. Flow limits how many codes one network can ask for or type in a minute.
Both doors return you to the page you opened. A sign-in with no invitation link still opens Welcome.
If your email is not on your company’s list, the sign-in page says so and you stay signed out. Ask the HR or People team to add you, then sign in again. If Flow cannot match your email to a company at all, the page says that instead. Ask your company admin to add you, or book a demo.
If two companies added you, signing in shows both on Assessments. See if you work in more than one company.
